How come the Energy star certification mark and the DualBIOS logo disappear during BIOS POST? While running NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 / 1070 / 1060 graphics card with CSM setting disabled in motherboard BIOS, system does not boot up after shut down in Windows 10. Jun 24, 2015  I just installed windows 10 for the first time and Ive got no sound. I went to the gigabyte driver site and installed the latest driver they have.

With the globally successful expansion pack 1701 A.D. Already featuring nearly limitless replay ability, 1701 A.D. The Sunken Dragon. Full

Hi all, I am hoping that maybe someone on this forum might be able to help. I recently bought a 2nd hand HP desktop pc, but the sound on the pc doesnt seem to work. The guy I bought the pc from did say the pc had sound problems. I tried the Line In/Line Out ports at the rear of pc, but these do not seem to work, so it looks like it could be the driver that is required. After looking at the motherboard that they are attached to, the Motherboard says GA-8SIMLNF. Now after looking at the Gigabyte download section, I cant seem to find this model to download anything. Can anyone out there maybe help as to where I can find the sound driver for this model of motherboard?

* I have send in your mailbox an audio driver for GA-8SIML No problem, computer reinstalled some days possible same driver for your motherboard. NF For no sound to rear connectors have you the 2 DIP jumpers plugged if you use not front panel ( connector F_AUDIO )? Pierre * If you want to use 'Front Audio' connector, you must move 3-4,5-6 Jumper. In order to utilize the front audio header, your chassis must have front audio connector. Also please make sure the pin assigment on the cable is the same as the pin assigment on the MB header.

To find out if the chassis you are buying support front audio connector, please contact your dealer. Hi there, Ok, went to what you mentioned above and when I opened device manager, under Sound, Video and Game Controllers, all it says is: AUDIO CODECS LEGACY AUDIO DRIVERS MEDIA CONTROL DEVICES VIDEO ETC. Is it any of these? Also my XP is Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2 Hope that helps Russ Control Panel ->SYSTEM ->Device Manager ->Expand Audio Controler ->SIS7012 ->Details And look for PID / VID Pierre * A little question: have you installed WINXP SP3? ->if not install Microsoft HOTFIX: KB888111.

I newly built my system yesterday with below processor motherboard combo - Ryzen 3 2200g Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3 BIOS Version F22 After completing the build and installing windows 10 pro i realised that the front and back 3.5 mm audio jack are not working at all. In system tray playback devices only my Nvidia HDMI is shown. I installed realtek audio drivers and all the other drivers available on the gigabyte website support section for this particular motherboard. I have to plug in my speakers to my monitor for audio as only my Nvidia HDMI is enabled in playback devices(there are multiple entries for same nvidia hdmi audio in playback devices) Please help. This is my first build and I'm in problem. Yes i have bought it on Saturday only.

I contacted the local support center. They told me to visit tomorrow. They will check and if it's not working then they will give an immediate replacement.

But what if it works at their support centre? How likely is that possible? Installing drivers is independent of motherboard if I'm not wrong. Please guide with the RMA procedure as well. I will only be carrying my motherboard to the support center. Not the whole system. Is this a Gigabyte support center you are talking about, or a local computer store.
