Hi Mark, Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for your interest in Windows 10. I will definitely assist you.
Let's try simple steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue. I would suggest you try updating Display driver from Device Manager manually and check if it helps. Try the below steps: • Press ( Windows key + X) and click on “ Device Manager”. • Click and expand “ Display Adaptor”.
Install ViewSonic VA2223wm driver for Windows 10 x64, or download DriverPack Solution software for automatic driver installation and update.
• Right click on the device driver and select update. • Once update is done, restart the computer.
If the issue still persist, I would recommend you to contact Viewsonic VA2231WM-LED manufacturer and check if they have the latest driver which is compatible with Windows 10. If the latest driver is not available for Windows 10 you can buy a new monitor which is compatible with Windows 10. Visit the below link for Connect a second monitor or projector Hope it helps. If you need further assistance with Windows, let us know and will be glad to help.
Hi, I ran into a problem with my Viewsonic VX2025wm monitor. While troubleshooting and fixing a problem with my PC power supply the DVI input to the monitor stopped working. Swapping out the cable and switching to a different PC did not help. The strange thing was that I could get it to work in Analog mode by using a DVI/VGA adapter and connecting to the VGA input to the monitor. When in Analog mode I could not get the OSD (On Screen DIsplay) to select DVI. Battlefield 2142 mods.
Googling the problem revealed that others have had this problem and the fix is: Shut the PC off and connect both the analog and DVI inputs to the video card (assuming you have a dual output). Turn the PC on, the monitor should select the analog input. Turn the PC off and disconnrct the VGA input to the monitor. Turn the monitor off and unplug it from the wall; wait 10 seconds.
Plug the monitor back in, turn the PC and monitor on. Wpe pro download free. It worked, I now have DVI input again. Hope this may be of help to someone. I've also had a weird problem with DVI on my VX2025, and it's not the same.
